when it is removed from panel it should be disable for gtk application as well #355

i can not see gtk applications when i removed it from panel so i have to
enable it again so i can go to preferences and disable mannualy

I don't think the panel will tell the applet that it is removed.

Fixed in git master.

when the applet is removed to panel, it tells the gtk plugin to restore the 
local
menu bars.

Oops, this fix seems not good for xfce4 users.

i changes the GTK_MODULES to globalmenu-plugins, the globalmenu shows, but the 
menu 
still appears on gtk applications. so there are two menus.

The xfce plugin is broken. It is not aware of the new settings mechanism.

As a rather incovenient wordaround, you can modify the visibility of app's 
local menu bar with 
/usr/bin/globalmenu-settings

Would you please file an issue regarding the xfce plugin?
