Which version of Global Menu are you using? The git head or 0.7.8 release?
What do you mean by deactivate?
To deactivate the panel integration, you have to logout and back-in after the
changes.

I had desactivated , turn off the PC , turn on again , Begin Session , When i
run an
application Snes9x-gtk , Vbam , TuxGuitar , the panel menu are in the Site
still i
dont know why , if i has desactivated before
I try to Turn Off , Turn On , Login , make and New User , logout , put the
panel ,
and activated , perfect when i active all normal , i restart pc again , enter
in the
new user , and try to desactiva all options , restart again , and nothing back
, the
panel have the menu still , if i remove from panel i dont have menues :(

Would you try to reword your usecase a bit?
I really really don't understand the situation. Although I believe this is an
important issue.

:O Sorry i fix with the follows steps :
i delete my "/home/user/.gnomerc" ( just have a line
"GTK_MODULES=globalmenu-gnome" )
Open the Synaptic and Installing the follow Packages and deps :
flex
libwnck-dev
bison
byacc
valac
libvalac0
libgnome-menu-dev
libpanelappletmm-2.6-dev
libnotify-dev
Download , Extracting , Compiling and Install manually : Vala (
http://live.gnome.org/Vala ) ( Lastest Version )
Download , Extracting , Compiling and Install GlobalMenu (
http://code.google.com/p/gnome2-globalmenu/downloads/list ) ( Lastest Version )
And this Fix that error for me , but i dont be secure if are by the line in my
.gnomerc file , or if some dependency :$
Well i hope this info can help anothers users of Ubuntu and Variants ^^

.should be the line in yout gnome rc. The line is deprecated long time ago -
use it only if your gnome
have a old gnome-settings-daemon.
