Fix #18

Why is this changed needed:

Add full screen option

What has changed in this PR:

Added accompanist lib.
Created a ModelUi for SettingsScreen and Home to better handle the screen.
Create ToggleFullScreenModeUseCase and GetFullScreenModeUseCase classes.
Check and set FullScreen option.
