EmberViewerPlus 1.2.2.0: value in the Contents pane not updated for parameter with streamIdentifier #27

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open the viewer and connect to the provider
2. Navigate in the tree to a parameter with streamIdentifier and select it
3. Click Subscribe
4. Change now the corresponding parameter from outside the EmberPlusViewer

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: The value in the Content pane should be updated. The value displayed 
on the right side in the tree pane should be updated.

Actual: Only the value displayed in the tree pane is updated.
