Currently the upload page allows for users to drag and drop files, download a sample template and submit csv data. However they might have difficulty finding documentation on best practices for entering csv data such as set or record array syntax.

Add a help icon or support icon which contains a link to the ODC documentation. it can be its own separate button or attached to the dropbox/download template button as a info icon (question mark)
