I think it would be nice to have a toot command, something like the hug or fight command.

It would use the same amount of XP as hugging or fighting somebody, but you can have the option of tooting somebody or just having it toot. It could do a really quiet toot or a really loud toot (which would be rated from 1 to 5 or 10)
