Mobile ID Copying Improvement #112

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I use Discord on mobile quite a bit, and it is very hard to get suggestion IDs with the copying abilities we have on mobile. To get the ID, most of the time mobile users have to memorize it and put it in a different channel. (If anyone has another way of doing this please let me know!)

Describe the solution you'd like It would be nice if the bot would put the suggestion ID outside the embed when commands like !info and !latest are used so that mobile users could easily copy it. Something like "Info about suggestion [NUMBER]". It would also be helpful to have the Zwoop webhook display something like "Suggestion [NUMBER]" outside the embed when it posts to new-suggestion-feed

Part of the design philosophy of MB is to put as much information as possible inside embeds, repetition outside them gets convoluted.

Sidenote, if you're using Discord Android, long-press on a part of an embed to copy the value of it.
