What's your feature request about? MegaBot should add the :reported: reaction to comments when run through !info and they have already been reported.

Note: Possibly a bug (?)

Is your feature request related to a problem you're having? Please describe. When comments are fetched using !info and they have already been reported, the reported reaction is not added.

Edit: Was an example until people added :report: to the second one as well.

Describe the solution you'd like MegaBot adds :reported: reaction to comments that have already been reported.
