Auto translate/translate on New feed #129

What's your feature request about?

A short 1-2 sentence description of your feature request

When someone uses !tr to translate a post in the feed (or it could automatically translate), it should show the translation in the new feed. This is because only custodians can use the translate command, and it would remove a layer of confusion when reading posts!

It would be easier for everyone to see what a post says, even if they don’t speak the language it is written in. It could also promote people voting on them because they might skip over it if they don’t read the language it is written in.

A clear and concise description of what you want to happen.

When someone uses the translate command (or automatically) it should update in the new-suggestion-feed. The embed could say [Translated <lang> to en] before the translation, and have the original post below the translation.

Webhook messages aren't able to be edited at this time, so this isn't technically possible.
