Added "Additional Info" to !latest

Added the "Additional Info" part of the !info embed, to the !latest embed (this is the portion that says whether or not the suggestion in question has already been submitted as a dupe or reported.

Why is this change needed?

While reports show in new-suggestion-feed, dupes don't. It would help when several people jump on a new suggestion while its still new.
