Increased caps for dupes on the weekend #150

What's your feature request about?

Increasing the dupe count for weekends on Monday / whenever an employee processes the dupes (even if it's only by 2 to represent the 2 says that the employees definitely don't process dupes)

Is your feature request related to a problem you're having? Please describe.

Over the weekend, we have more time to do what we want, some of that additional time might be used to find dupes. Unfortunately most employees don't work weekends meaning that the dupes don't get cleared on Saturday and Sunday and they might be more than 5 dupes that I've found, but I only get the XP for the 5 dupes I've found and nothing more

Describe the solution you'd like

I would like to see the dupe count increased on Monday (or the first day Danny handles the dupes after Friday), to account the fact of the increased effort of finding dupes.

I would rather just have the XP system overhauled that allows dupes and reports to count for whenever they were submitted, instead of when they were approved.
