Remove Leaderboard interval to stop the error spam #151

This is intended to stop the bot from refreshing the leaderboard.

Why is this change needed?

It was causing millions of errors to fill up Dougley's inbox.

I'm just going to close this until I can figure out why Travis is disliking the changes, even though that it seems to run fine on my instance.
