Change Playing Status from Watching to Listening

This Pull Request changes the Playing Status of the bot from "Watching x suggestions" to "Listening to x suggestions".

Why is this change needed?

I feel like this change is needed because "Listening to" sounds better. It implies that Discord Staff are actually listening to those suggestions and the Feedback provided, rather than just seeing it and not doing anything with it, therefore giving Discord (Feedback) a better public image.

I don't think this will make a discernible difference, I'll reevaluate this when custom status is available to bots
