Markdown occuring with usernames such as Q__Q #39

Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is. When using an !hug, and hugging Ollybits (Q__Q), her username would automatically get marked down as if the entire sentence is meant to be underlined. To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Hug someone named Q__Q (or similar username)
  2. Watch as MegaBot hugs the user.

Expected behavior A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen. MegaBot should respond with Q__Q, Joey has hugged you! Screenshots If applicable, add screenshots to help explain your problem. https://i.imgur.com/PB4khsL.png
