Consider daily limits on Pending EXP #49

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. If you have a lot of transactions in queue the pending EXP doesn't consider the daily limits.

Describe the solution you'd like Pending EXP should display how much EXP you would gain when the queue has been fully cleaned.
