Describe the bug If two users submitting a !dupe command at the same time both dupes get confirmed/into the queue.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

You need two users
User 1 is using the !dupe cmd but doesn't confirm
User 2 is using the !dupe cmd
Now both users confirm there dupes
Both dupes get accepted

Expected behavior 2nd user should get an error msg while user 1 has the confirmation "dialog" open
