Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. It recently happened that a suggestion with over 20'000 votes was deleted in a dupe merge request.

Describe the solution you'd like Once a ticket reaches a certain amount of votes (I'd say 1000), it should not be put in a merge request

Additional context While there is admin approval, and admins can reverse-merge ticket, a single wrong input on their side can lead to serious issues.
