If you submit a lot of !dupe requests and find another target or right master ticket for an already submitted !dupe request, you can't revoke the old submission and have to revoke all submissions and re-!dupe them.

Extend the !revoke command which accepts also an id, so if you use !revoke you can use !dupe again.
