problems installing on localhost #9

insert the mail folder with all files.

but when trying to open http://localhost/mail/example1.php

I have the following error:

What PHP version are you using? 

What web server are you running? 

Are you on windows?

I am currently developing my website in windows xp, but when the project will 
be 
completed on a computer with ubuntu server.

I'm using my localhost:

AppServ 2.6.0
Apache 2.2.8
PHP 6.0.0-dev
MySQL 6.0.4-alpha
phpMyAdmin-2.10.3

I am creating a registration form and want to verify that user insert a valid
