Remove hard-codings

Goal: remove hard-coded paths, passwords, etc. The tests must still pass.

This includes the following hard-coded paths:

• https://github.com/Doveps/mono/blob/master/savant/app/comparison.py#L10
• https://github.com/Doveps/mono/blob/master/savant/app/results.py#L12
• https://github.com/Doveps/mono/blob/master/savant/app/run_sql.py#L9

Includes hard-coded db settings:

• https://github.com/Doveps/mono/blob/master/savant/app/run_sql.py#L6
