Randy and I agreed to setup a VM with docker in OpenStack on Friday 8:30PM EST.
I tried using the IP Address of the Host Environment for the host in postgres as shown in https://github.com/Doveps/mono/blob/a5a352f9c61058890dc1e6120d770bb01f11f583/savant/app/query.py#L28
I had the same error. Connection still refused. Forums on Google suggested editing my postgresql.conf. Still trying to figure out how to locate postgresql.conf inside my docker container.
