F1_WORLD_GRAND_PRIX2 - corrupted sky #168

At the starting line, the sky texture looks correct.
As your race car moves towards the fan viewing stand, the sky texture moves and 
corruption occurs(see attached images).

The same thing happens with my plugin. It would be best to test this against 
the real hardware.

For other F1 games, the cloud doesn't move when your race car moves forward.
In this case, the cloud moves forward faster than your race car.
Even if it moves, shouldn't it moves backward when race car moves forward.

I think the sky is ok with plugins

Thanks for the video! Looks pretty much the same, as with the plugins. I think, 
the issue can be closed.
