Fixes "File() needs new" JS error in Thunberbird 45 #36

In Thunderbird 45 any attempt to turn an attachment into a DL one fails with an error about File() needing new operator. Simply adding new as per the error message fixes the issue

Thanks. I've actually sent a beta version in the mailing list around a month ago, but completely forgot about it after that :/. Time to push it to AMO..

It sounded strange to me that the bug had been missed :)

I checked the repository but there were no commit recently. Then I checked the mailing list (I just subscribed) but… GMANE archives were down

I generally push after the changes have been tested. I was waiting to see if this would work also on TB 13 which I cannot test anymore, but nobody responded.

And indeed, GMANE seems down :(
