GitHub does not recognize the license as being BSD 3 Clause
Added "BSD 3-Clause License" marker so that it is recognized by GitHub and the licensee gem.
Fixed formatting of bullet points so that it is properly displayed in a markdown viewer
NO changes to the license itself !
