Suppose an employer is subscribed month to month.
They go into the subscriptions & billing tab in account settings and click "change billing cycle".
they then submit the payment form to upgrade to an annual plan. Once they do this they get redirected to the account settings page.
If they click "back" and submit the form again they get a 500.
