When generating any pack, the trim material doesn't apply to worn armors #1

2024-05-02_08 18 24 This screenshot shows me wearing an iron chestplate with the Sea Foam trim material applied. I don't know what I did wrong, resource pack and datapack are applied, can you give me an example of the Datapack and resource pack that you used to make it work?

I am using Minecraft 1.20.1

To further clarify, I am using modded however I tried disabling all the mods and it still didn't work.

Also, the Icons work, the wearables do not.

Hmm... I'm looking at changes to trims in recent updates, and other than adding new ones, I'm not seeing what's changed. I don't really have time to do bug-hunting right now. In the meantime, maybe look at this datapack and see if you can use it or modify it for your needs?

The pack you gave me does in fact work, I will attempt to decompile it and maybe I could push a fix? I appreciate the help with figuring it out though
