There are some things you may include to make your proposal clearer

  1. A list of the categories you will be using
  2. How will you evaluate the eligibility chances? Using percentages, quantities, etc.?

Additionally, once generated the code four one year (2016) it will be interesting to run the same analysis for other periods and plot the trend through time

Thank you for the feedback!

Both points are valid and I will work to solve them! I intend on trimming the dataset, and specifying & describing the variables required in each step. I will also specify the eligibility requirements in the project description, so that you can determine eligibility.

I would like to extend the dataset over multiple years, but do to the amount of data, it might not be possible. I will give it a try though!
