Block Twitter auto refresh newsfeed

Firstly, thank you for your hard working on Twitter ad blocking project.

Currently the app always suffer from auto refresh newsfeed and it has mentioned so many times on reddit, despite Twitter developers said that they have fixed the problem, but actually nope. For example, this recently post from reddit: https://redd.it/toy9wp

Can you somehow block this auto refresh? Because getting lost while scrolling down the feed to read, then suddenly have no way to find that old post anymore. I turned off "Reduce motion", restrict battery usage, prevent app running from background, restrict data using in background,... but doesn't help. It must have something to do in their smali code.
