Upstream doesn't provide a systemd unit file. I'll wait until relase v0.1 is tagged (see https://github.com/lpereira/lwan/issues/143) then I'll add a custom one to the ebuild.

Now that v.0.1 has been tagged, are you going to work on adding a custom systemd unit file? Or should we close this?
