[dev-libs/sway] Alpha wlroots #26

I have created an ebuild from sway (and copied another for wlroots) that compiles and installs alpha wlroots sway. What do you think? Should we have it here?

Looks good to me. Feel free to push it to the overlay. If possible I'd like to have ebuilds for wlroots from git-snapshots instead of live ebuilds.

How should we handle wlroots dependency? The release note says "This release requires you to build it with the master branch of wlroots.".
