Update travis #28

Many existing failures on Travis. I thought we were not masking packages, but I see that many are masked, including hhvm.

Yeah, a lot of crap has been removed from Portage, apparently; I'm going to fix the failures now.

The ebuild for hhvm is incredibly complex and I stopped using PHP years ago, that is why it is a hard masked package. I'm not even sure it will compile properly since it's a very old version of hhvm. I'm strongly considering to toss it into the graveyard :D

I have moved some ebuilds in to the graveyard overlay, updated others, and tweaked a few things inside the profile. Now, repoman should be satisfied for a while.

There are a few ebuilds that are going to be moved into the gamerlay overlay pretty soon; after that only one ebuild needs to be taken care of: dropbox (which is already a hard masked package because it fulfils a specific use case for my set-up).
