Issue with pak3 files #65

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 9 years ago

I am running Win7 64-Bit.

The issue I am having is first of all installing the 1.32 point release so
that I can extract the .pk3 files. I attached some screen shots of the
issue. I attempt to install it, but once it gets to pak4.pk3 it gives me
an error and then when I click retry, it tells me that I now need to
insert disk2. I haven't been able to find a way to get aroumd this. It is
really frustrating. The only option I have it to click cancel to abort the
install. If there is any way someone could help me out and possible either
post or send me the pak1-pak8.pk3 files, you would be a life saver. I hope
I am not overstepping any kind of boundries by asking for these files, but
I simply cannot install the stupid patch so that I can properly extract
the files. If anyone has any other ideas to help me out I am ALL ears.

I would like this Issue to be deleted please.
I was able to find find someone that posted a .zip of the .pk3 files on xda.
Now I just need to learn how to map the keys on my N1. :)

From what I remember the ioquake3 site also offers these files, I think they
are here:
