Spring damping not set up #40

Spring damping is completely broken, does not do anything. Dont understand why as nothing looked changed in Physics_Constraint. Must be something changed on the backend of things?

Didn't hook this up yet, will do eventually...

I lied, it's hooked up. Don't have a clue why it wouldn't be working.

Ha :D wait a minute...... i shouldnt be laughing.

Also i thought that i could generally understand WHAT is being done in the code, just not how.
