Used clipping planes can't be configured dynamically #25

As you provide settings for the texture units making the used clipping
planes configurable would both be nice and consistent.

Yep, the reflection and silt one (and I believe the default should be 1 and 2 - 
you
leave texture unit 0 free for the user too :-).
