ontology can't imported back correctly #18

Am making ontology from using a single pdf document for test purpose.
when i export that ontology it is exported some how correctly!

1: the things to worry about is that ... when same ontology is imported using 
import option.. only 5 those concept are show which was written in owl file 
<owl:class..> 
and those with <a:concept..> are not shown again in concepts...
2: and i need to compare ontologies developed from same courpus but with 
different choice of alogorithms any one know how to do that !

any one know about that problem... 
a little help is required

I also need for help to export the file in form of OWL.if anyone can help me.
