Problems installing/running text2onto

Text2Onto standalone 2007-11-09
Gate 5.1
wordnet 2.1

Windows 7
java 6 update 20

Please provide any additional information below.

The problem appears after installing text2onto and all additional software
components like wordnet and gate. By starting text2onto.bat. the attached
error message appears.

I really don't know what could be the problem.

I suggest you try Gate 4.0 instead of 5.1.

in addition, copy the file at GATE-4.0/lib called "jasper-compiler-jdt.jar" and
paste it at text2onto/3rdparty/gate  (overwrite the existing one).

Ok. Now, I switched to Gate 4.0 and Wordnet 2.0 but without luck. Still facing 
the same problem. Any futher ideas?

I forgot: I also copied the file "jasper-compiler-jdt.jar" to the suggested 
folder...

I also faced the same problem, but was able to get it resolved when I used the 
proper slashes (/ or \) while editing the text2onto.properties file.
I changed all the slashes to / and was able to get the tool running.
