If you go to http://code.google.com/p/text2onto/downloads/list there is a 
publications.zip file.  Download that, unzip it, and open the file that says 
Sekt-D3.3.1.pdf. On chapter 2 of this document there is a User Guide that 
somewhat tells you how to use Text2Onto.  Good luck! :)
