CTL flag not working #12

I added field "VCH / Pending Landing Clearance" to Arrival List and add "VCH / Switch Landing Clearance" to left button. It's not working. Clicking on that field do nothing.

Hi, thank you for your feedback. The "CTL" flag only appears (default setting) when the aircraft is 40 nm in range of the destination airport. So is there a red "CTL" visible when you insert that item? Also I'm currently rewriting almost the complete code that deals with storing the values of requests etc. so all those things can be synced with neighboring controllers, so if there is an issue with maybe some other plugins which use the same storing method as I do, these should hopefully be gone soon.

Nothink is visible. The field is empty.

If the field is empty, probably the criteria for the flag to show up is not met. Make sure that the destination airport is correct and the aircraft is in range of the destination. Would you mind sending me some screenshots of the item settings and of the aircraft tag (wherever you entered the item) so I can investigate this further?

As I know it isn't only my problem but also other mates from my VACC have got the same issue.

maybe its a font encoding thing?
they are just signs from the EuroScope font, I guess codes 164 and 172

I'm using beta version (v3.2.1.29) Euroscope. Maybe it's a problem.

Since I'm using R29 as well, it shouldn't be. I wouldn't think it's a font thing because it uses the Euroscope standard, so nothing fancy. What plugins do you also use?

Hey. First of all, many thanks to the dev for this plugin, really useful. Just wanted to chime in and say that I share the same problem, CTL does not seem to work even with traffic that satisfies the criteria. Anyone found a solution? Kind thanks for any help with this topic.

I tested the plugin (especially the CTL function) yesterday and it worked as expected. make sure you fulfill the following requirements:

after these three requirements you should see CTL in the field

Aaaa one of requirements is "you track the plane" :) Is it possible to change it?

Ah, didn't even think of that requirement. Yes I can remove that, however the thought behind that was that only the one responsible person for that plane can change the status of that. If that is removed, anyone could change the status. So it's some kind of "safety-feature" if you will. I wouldn't remove that completly but maybe make it optional via setting.

TWR controller is not allowed to track (using "assume" function in Euroscope) in my vACC. That's is the reason of this discussion :) Making it optional via setting would be great!

I just threw out version 0.6.2 which does add this option, let me know if it works as intended!

Hello, if the desired use is that the aircraft doesn't have to be tracked, you need to type ".vch ctltrack" to switch between this requirement. All commands and settings can be found in the readme in the repository. Don't forget to save after closing Euroscope or you will have to set this every time you start Euroscope again 😉

Hey there,

Ive add the CTL function to my arrival list but its not working with the latest version. Have I missed something where i need to setup something that its working without assuming aircrafts ? :)
