implemented sid hint functionality #19

Thank you for your work, but I want to keep this plugin as light-weight and data-independent as possible. I don't really see a great benefit for this specific plugin to just show "Climb via Sid", that would be better in a Delivery plugin such as VFPC where the needed data needs to be maintained anyway. I do have a working version similar to VFPC which also covers CvS, but this version is still under development. I can provide you with access to that if you want to take part there.
