Some Economy Tool needed #19

A tool that notifies us on Discord of an account's wealth change from login to logout if the account's wealth has drastically changed.

A tool that shows us the total economy of the server as well as the top 20 richest players. this tool should be a graph that updates daily so that we know if new money sinks need to be added.

Moreover need to also be able to calculate item's blood money prices into the total value of blood money on a account like roatz does it.
