Add support for richGridRenderer #30

Discovered in #29 YouTube seemingly randomly switches to a richGridRenderer instead of sectionListRenderer. It should be compatible with the current parser, but if you come across any issues please open an issue.

This is an example of the same result from both renderers. I'm unsure what's causing YouTube to switch to the rich renderer for some searches but this should at least be resolved for now.
