[Feature Request] Advanced URL filters #15

As mentioned in issue #14:

Anecdotally, I see a lot of ads in a similar format, wonder if it's worth having a regex to detect the format of URLs, as they're likely an ad (or at least .app)?

This should be optional with plenty of control over what domains are marked as an ad (possibly through the use of the custom filters).

The new regex filters in #18 can handle this should a domain appear that would break regular subtitles
