Fix pp240 postprocessing #16

Fixes #15 by using the SLIC3R_PP_OUTPUT_NAME environment variable if it exists to determine output paths. Anyone using WSL will have to update their BAT script to pass on this variable. Otherwise nothing should change from a user point-of-view.
