4 years ago There seem to be some improvements: for instance on 2019/12/06, someone complained about the search being broken and not only was there a reply from someone from Thingiverse, there is now also a notification across the entire site that search is being worked on. I hope this is a sign of permanent improvement and not just a one-off.
There is very little transparency towards users when it comes to upcoming or recent changes to the website. Usually we notice something has changed because it is suddenly broken or (half) fixed. I should not have needed to make this GitHub project in the first place. We used to have a sporadic post in the Thingiverse group, but even that seems to have stopped.
