Feature Request: option to add holes through the lid #2

I'd love a parameter to add holes in the lid, either to fit a small tube/straw through or many small holes to make a shaker. I've played around with trying to implement this but haven't got anything working yet. Just sharing the idea in case someone else wants to tackle that before have something working.

There is now an option to add one hole. Implementing “many small holes” is not straightforward, there are several ways to do this like a simple regular grid, a spiral, or concentric circles. If someone else can make an elegant solution for this, they are free to create a pull request.
