What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Don't install x11vnc
2. run gitso.py
3. Click give support, and connect

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
You expect something to tell you that it's not working properly and you're
note really "giving support" due to the fact that x11vnc isn't there.

it's not a popup, but it lets you know via the terminal output
