Remote instance of Terminal Service requires manual refresh #34

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Establish session with remote Windows computer
2. Launch a Terminal Services session on remote computer
3. Expand TS session to full screen on remote computer

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see  motion and changes to the displayed screen.
Instead, I see a static image that must be manually refreshed constantly

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Helper (me) 0.5 for Windows
Helpee (them) 0.5 for Windows

Please provide any additional information below.
Works OK once the Terminal Server session is closed and I am only dealing 
with the helpee's own desktop.

Please check the new version of Gitso. We have upgraded the VNC client on 
windows. If
that doesn't fix it, I don't know that we can fix the issue as we Gitso is 
really
just a wrapper for tightVNC...
