Gitso should check to see if updates are available for itself #47

This is just an enhancement/feature request (in case it doesn't already do
this):  Gitso should automatically check to see if it is the latest
available version when it's started and notify the user when updates are
available for download.

Definitely! This may or may not make it in to the next version, but it'd be 
great to
have. Thanks for the encouragement. I know I'd like to see it implemented, but 
glad
to know others dig it as well.
