Breaking a railing with more than one placed in a single block space only drops one item #10

When you place multiple Iron Railing within the same block space (up to 4), the mod will always only drop a single item.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Place 4 iron railings (one for each direction) in the same block space
  2. Break it with a pickaxe
  3. Observe only 1 dropped item

Minecraft version: 1.19.2 Mod version: 0.3.0 Forge version: 43.3.5
