2 years ago - Vignette documents use of all functions in workflow to update vascular plant indicators (for NI2025)
- All functions now use relative paths
- All data is now saved as .rds instead of .RData (solves #3)
- Updated GBIF download query to only download data for relevant species (instead of all plants)
- Filtering for making species-specific training data sets has been updated. Now avoids dropping relevant occurrences, but uses only presence records (no absence records)
